1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by AS Limo LLC, a limousine service company based in Washington. By hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings must be made with adequate notice to ensure availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation. Confirmation will be provided via your preferred communication method (email, SMS, etc.).
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices will be as quoted at the time of booking. Based on the agreement, payments are to be made in advance or upon arrival. All additional costs (tolls, parking, waiting time) will be added to the final bill.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.
5. Service Expectations
We commit to providing a professional, punctual, and safe service. The client must provide correct and complete information during booking. The client shall respect the vehicle and not cause any damage.
6. Liability
AS Limo LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, like traffic conditions, weather, etc. In case of vehicle breakdowns, we will provide an alternative solution at our earliest.
7. Conduct in the Vehicle
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of the vehicle during the service duration. Alcohol consumption may not be permitted as well.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Data collected during booking is subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any service immediately if:
- The client behaves in a manner that may be dangerous to themselves, the driver, or other road users.
- Non-compliance with any of these Terms.
10. Amendments
AS Limo LLC can amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website or upon request.
11. Governing Law
The laws of Washington govern these Terms and conditions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subjected to the jurisdiction of Washington courts.
